for a developer in London sets a contemporary residential feel and scale. Masonry bays and lighter open bays alternate to build a rhythm that engages with the street. Bays are figured with carefully composed windows that give variation and movement to the elevation.

 

A vertical fin rises at the corner

of the site and wraps to become

a roof top canopy. This movement consolidates the composition and gives a stronger presence with a fourth storey at the more

urban corner of the site.
