Strawberry Hill V&A

 

Form_art were invited by the Victoria & Albert museum to submit proposals for the exhibition 'Horace Walpole & Strawberry Hill'. The challenge was to capture the essence of Walpole's famous house, its flamboyance,

quirks and drama in a highly contemporary design.

 

"My buildings are like paper, like my writings, and both will be blown away in ten years after I am dead; if they had not the substantial use of amusing me while I live, they
