Highpoint I

 

Highpoint I is a grade I Listed apartment block completed in 1935

by the modernist architect Berthold Lubetkin.

 

The placement and use of colour and material were critical to the project, both in respect to Lubetkin's dynamic design and in adding a contemporary understanding of the spaces.

 

A close working relationship with a knowledgeable client board, the 20th Century Society and English Heritage was essential.
